We are delighted to announce that our colleagues and members from Turkey and Vietnam have organised two new Regional Chapters of EASE.
Introducing the Turkish Chapter, chaired by Cem Uzum of Trakya University, and the Vietnamese Chapter, chaired by Vuong Quan Hoang of Phenikaa University.
These two new Chapters join our existing Communities in Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Mexico, Peru, and Russia.
The EASE programme of Regional Chapters facilitates interaction among editors within countries or groups of countries. The format and activities of each Chapter vary according to the interests of the members and the geographic size of the area covered. Details of the scope of each community are outlined on their respective pages of our website.
The Chapters may meet one or more times a year to help fulfil their goals, in addition to attending full EASE events. These meetings include formal seminars, workshops, lectures, panel discussion or an informal social exchange of ideas.
We welcome applications for new Chapters, as well as topic Strategy Groups from our members. See the Communities page on our website for full details, and information on our existing Communities.
